The "Honda Modern Steel" shade was too dark for my car; turns out the color code was wrong. Be sure to check the sticker on the inside of your driver-side door for the color code and don't just rely on the name, like I did.

I'm not sure why I didn't heed other's comments.... But I 100% concur (now having learned the hard way) do NOT use the pen, use the brush. I guess I thought the brush would be big and fat. It's not. It's a tiny little brush. You have much more control using the brush for scratches, than the pen. The pen just lets out "globs"... so it's not a fine line. It's like drops. I used the pen for the first scratch, and the brush for the second, and totally you should use the brush. The pen just makes a mess. I ended up cleaning up the excess with my hand (I foolishly didn't have gloves on) and then it was *really* hard to get the paint off my hands. I didn't have to do any clean up work when I used the brush... the paint went where I wanted it to. Color match (Honda Modern Steel) was a good match for my 2017 Honda CRV... even though the name of the color wasn't the same (as Honda's), this is what Dupli-Color recommended, and it was a good match. Haven't used the clear coat, not sure if I'm going to or not.
