Part works as expected but since there are no instructions I will provide some advise. The pin needs to be pressed in until it is completely flush with the surface and then the pin protruding from the opposite side needs to be ground flush. Seemed like even a small protrusion will dig into the weatherstripping and cause the window to jam.

Basically that. It's got the same issue of a little 3mm thick pin holding the track in place, but if it lasts 10 years, it will at least be as good as the OEM part.

Honestly it doesn't help at all :( my window still came off track or came up at an angle. At one point it got my window stuck at a weird angle and it took forever for me to get it back in place
