There were many reviews saying they received damaged or old pieces, however my order from Pinnacle Marketing was excellent. Battery was manufactured in November 2021 and I received it in Feb 2022, so around 3 month old when I received it which seems decent.The unit was well packed, with enough bubble wrap and padding. Warranty card was stamped as well. Package was shipped through Delhivery from Mumbai and I received it in Bangalore on the 4th day of order.Initially I placed an order for the 5 Ah battery, and the seller called for confirmation and when I shared my scooter model, the seller advised that the 5 Ah battery would be big for a Suzuki Access (2017) and said the 4 Ah variant would be ideal. So placed a fresh order, there was a price difference of Rs 300 as well.So make sure the seller is Pinnacle Marketing before placing the order!Coming to the battery itself, connected it to my scooter and it was a perfect fit. Now it's starting as expected too.

Out of two terminals, one terminal was bend, which made it very difficult for the connection.Also overall packing quality was very poor , i.e the package was wrapped around by a newspaper and polythene, so you can expect the quality with which they are delivering goods.

It arrived in good condition but unfortunately it is not compatible with Pulsar 180 DTSi.Anyways I'm keeping it.

This.battery not fited and not working in my pulsar 150 bike.and Amazon deny my request to refund it or change this item.very bad thing by amazon.not buying any more products threw amazon.very bad behaviour...
