Got this size pool for my 3 and 6 year old. Perfect size for them. Easy to assemble but I also watched a U tube video just to make sure I hooked pump up correctly. There was a slow leak from the pool that I noticed a few days after setting the pool up. I was going to send it back but I put a patch that came with the pool over the leak and it fixed the problem. Its been up about a month now and they swim in it everyday. I even get it and play around and its enough room, plan on getting bigger one next year. I also got a pool cover which is a must or u will have lots of unwanted leaves, dirt, etc... This pool keeps them having fun in the sun, exactly what I was hoping!

At this price, you could get a new one of these every couple of years. You will spend an equal amount or greater on a pool cover solution and maintenance equipment/supplies – but most of that will outlast the pool. We sunk four cedar posts at the corners of six heavy rubber stall mats arranged in a large square to create a pad. We used interlocking foam gym-floor squares to create an inexpensive soft surface for the pool to sit on. We stretched shade sails between the posts, so the water stays cool. I got a large inflatable circular float to put in the center of it under the cover (so it doesn't collect water), and we weigh the cover down with 1-liter soda bottles hung around the edges. the pool holds water, the pump and filtration system work well, and we have enjoyed using it to recover from the heat at the end of the day. I will take it down and store it for the winter in a large mesh soccer-ball bag, and we'll use the pad for our inflatable hot tub until next spring. We love it.

Not quite as big as what we need, but it was easy to set up and fun to use. The pump is a little bit small for actually filtering all of the water. The only other negative is that either cats or squirrels got on the top tube to drink out of the pool when I forgot to put the solarcover on it and punctured the tube. Without the tube inflated, the pool starts to lose water. So next time we are getting a real above ground pool with no inflating! This was fun but we need bigger and better next year!

I was looking for something to entertain my son and some friends for the summer so this pool looked like a great option. However I realized that the price is incredibly inflated which is downright dishonest. The pump is horrible- it is not able to keep up with a group of four 8 year old kids playing in it for more than 90 minutes without needing to be cleaned and it collects a ton of grass and scum. I've had the pool up for a week and already had to order new filters. Other reviews said to upgrade to a different pump but that costs almost as much as the pool and it is not worth it. The directions should also clearly state which chemicals are needed and Amazon should also list them as suggested items to buy alongside it. I am extremely disappointed and feel incredibly ripped off.

*UPDATE....They were very helpful on getting a replacement pump. However do not throw away your pump housing because Polygroup only sends you the pump and you have to replace it in the housing unitI also emailed Polygroup.com to get the pump quicker. Spree provided me with the proof of purchase also. I also had to provide product numbers from the unit and the pool itself. The pool is just the right size for myself and my grandkids to cool off in. The pump stopped working after 3 weeks but the company was very cooperative in dealing with. They are sending me a replacement at no cost. Great customer service!

This is my second one. The first one lasted 4 years. The pool was loosing water at the seams. It may have been able to be fixed but for the price it wasn’t worth it

Had the same pool last year, for my grandson, great! no issues... BUT, for a $100, was not going to clean & store for the winter... NO, I'm, no Bill Gates, but spending another $100 this year for my grandson is not a budget breaker... Pool was fine at the beginning, HOWEVER, over the past 4-5 weeks the air in the top ring has depleted... have had to refill it several times, each time the air has lasted less & less... only thing holding the pool up at this point is the water that in the hard vinyl of the pool, the ring is totally shot, barely holding the pool cover in place... Unfortunately, I discovered the actual leak is the valve stem itself, which, obviously cannot be repaired... so, I keep filling it with air, for the next 4 weeks, then it's gone... For the price, great pool for 5 & under, but being plastic/vinyl, you really can't expect much... if an issue like this arises... BOTTOM LINE, great pool when there are no issues, not so great when you get a leak where it cannot be repaired! BUT, for a $100, really?

My kids love this pool!! They are in it every day. It is durable and we love the filter and do put chlorine in it once a week to keep it clean. We plan on keeping it filled up all summer and its worth every penny. It was easy to assemble as long as you have a flat spot to put it. It took a long time to fill it up with the hose, so put it together on a day you don’t plan on using it. We did it at night so it was ready to go the next day.
