Great for Amature Photographers
As soon as I received the Lens Kit, I tried to clip it to my cell. It didn't fit correctly at all BUT that was because of the Otterbox I have for my Droid Maxx. I removed it and the clip fit perfectly and did not cover up my flash. I then immediately used the macro lens. It was a bit difficult to keep that one screwed on while unscrewing the wide-angle lens (that is how they come and should be stored) but that could possibly be due to my medical problems with dexterity and pain in my fingers and hands. I did finally manage to do it and took a pic of a small word by my laptop keyboard, I then removed the lens and took a pic at the same distance as I had with the macro lens. A DEFINITE difference. I was quite please with the lens except the left and right edges were a wee bit curved and a tiny bit blurred. I don't see that as a big problem; it's macro after all and the edges CAN be cropped. I have not tried the fisheye or wide-angle lenses, but feel believe they will do a nice enough job as well. As I put in the title of this review, it is "great for amature photographers". Do note that it is mostly made up of plastic so you do need to be careful with it and keep all parts in the cinch-bag it comes with but DO NOT let it fall to the bottom of your purse, backpack, or whatever you carry items in. I would suggest finding a sturdy case you have lying around from an old camera, or something similar, to put the cinch-bag in. I would also suggest purchasing, if you don't already have one, a chamois or something similar to wipe the lenses as it is easy to accidentally touch the lens itself while screwing it onto the clip. Overall, I am sure it will be fun to use as I teach myself more digital photography and will most likely use the macro lens the most since it can get closer to an object than the macro on my digital camera. My cell is 10MP and my camera is 5MP but I will still carry both with me on my nature walks because my cell camera can only zoom to 10X Digital Zoom and my camera goes up much higher and also has Optical Zoom which is great for the pics of wildlife in the marshes. Also, DO NOT let your children even touch these lenses and clip! That is how fragile they are. If you are expecting professional perfection from this product, you will be disappointed. But if you are an amature photographer or just take photos for fun, this set is perfect for you. Remember, though, it cannot clip on properly if you have anything like an Otterbox on your phone. For the price - DEFINITELY worth it. If you expect professional perfection - buy a more expensive product. I gave it 4 stars because I DO like it overall.

These lenses are amazing!
I am not a professional photographer. I am a business owner with multiple websites that I am converting to contain multiple video clips and still photos. I have the S4 phone that takes much better video than the still and video camera's that I own but was dissatisfied with the focal length (I think that's what it's called) of the camera as well as having no ability to mount the phone to a tripod (what I purchased to mount to the tripod is reviewed elsewhere). I looked at the Makayama system for the S4 and the iPad mini and didn't like the cost or the fact that the tripod mounting hole was plastic so I looked for an alternative camera mounting/lens system I could build of which this lens system plays an integral role.Wide Angle lens: The lens itself is well made and has no defects in the case workmanship nor did it have any flaws in the actual lens itself. They are simple to mount to the S4 phone (I also use it on an S3 and an iPad Mini). The mount holds the lens securely to the phone and the gasket blocks ambient light from entering the bottom of the lens at the attachment site to the phone). The wide angle lens displays no light loss, no distortion and no bending of the flat surfaces within the rooms I was filming. The pictures come out extremely well. I was able to capture the entire scene with the wide angle lens that I was not able to capture without the lens.Fish Eye Lens: The quality of the lens is the same as the wide angle lens. No defects, good quality and tight/secure fit to the S4 and iPad Mini. I played with this lens a bit but didn't take any pictures. From the playing (basically viewing different scenes and subjects through it) it looked like the lens did a pretty good job of creating the fish eye look but since I have no prior experience with fish eye pictures am guessing here.I also tested the focus ability and the zoom capability of the S4, S3 or iPad Mini with these lenses on them and all the devices were able to focus perfectly and the zoom capabilities were unaffected on any device. They are robust and should last quite a long time. The rubber gasket that cushions the lens against the S4 body is easy enough to replace when it wears away (which it eventually will) so I don't consider this an issue.I am very pleased with these lenses and the added capability and flexibility that these lenses brought to my devices.

Camera Lens Kit for Smart Phone a Good Buy
I have been wanting some add-on lenses for my iPhone for awhile, as the standard lens is somewhat limiting. I know it isn't a professional camera, it's a phone, but I perform music and go to events where I want a wider range of photo shooting available without having to drag my camera along.I researched these lenses and soon decided against the ones with the magnetic stick-on rings that you have to adhere to your phone, These lenses clip on, and if you look through the lens at where your phone lens is, it is easy to place it correctly. As most reviewers have said, the wide angle lens is great, even though you get a bit of a rounded edge to the photos. Really I think that is typical of a fisheye lens though. The macro and the wide angle lens screw together to form one lens. When you unscrew the wide angle lens, the one left in the clip is for macro. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to screw them in as a unit, because the macro screws in like normal, but the wide angle attachment has a reverse thread, so when you are tightening it in, it causes the macro to unscrew from the clip. It would be better if they were both normal thread. Also I didn't realize it was a reverse thread, so when I was first trying to screw the wide angle attachment to the macro base, it took me like ten minutes of trying before I realized I was turning the wide angle attachment the wrong way,.All in all, a good bang for the buck here. It wo't turn you into Ansel Adams, but for everyday photography this is a really good deal and I am really happy with it.

Seriously cool fun.
Great quality, great value, great fun...Seriously, I thought it was going to be rubbish and its astoundingly good. I'm obsessed with the macro lens...the fish eye is a bit gimmicky and the wide angle is fine and useful but not the sharpest the edges. But for endless fun using the macro on my iPhone 6 capturing bugs and bees on video and photograph...this thing is irresistible. Shoot in slow motion for some really great fly and bee action! Most certainly will be buying these as gifts for Christmas. My friends have been buying them already after seeing my instagram feed.

Great for curious kids
I bought 2 of these sets, one each for my two kids aged 6 and 10, to attach to their phones. The lenses are good in and of themselves, for pic quality etc, but as a, learning tool they are fantastic. They enable the kids to see things from a whole different perspective, which is a great thing in itself. The macro lens is especially useful, as it enables a phone to work like a magnifying glass (the macro lens doesn't magnify, it just changes the focus so you can get the camera up super close, same result, just different method). You get to see pollen clusters in flowers, the hairs on insects legs, the fibres that make up grass blades etc. Basically stuff you don't normally get to see.

Issues with the fish eye lens and the lens colour
The lenses work ok, but there are some issues with the fish eye lens. I ordered the lenses as silver colour. Turns out the clip itself isn’t silver like it showed in the order and in the pictures there is an unfortunate ring of silver showing from the lens edges (I can’t believe this issue hasn’t been fixed with the lens). However I saw that happen only with the fish eye lens and not in the others. When using the fish eye lens it also doesn’t really align perfectly and makes the effect happen in the upper part of the image and not right in the middle of it. I did try moving the clip and lens around to fit better but I believe the issue is in the way the lens clips to the phone. It doesn’t clip perfectly straight.

Great product... as described.
It does what it says on tin! The fish eye lens provides a quirky production to your photography. The wide-angle lens is great if you can’t physically move further away from your subject. The Macro, is my fave... I was skeptical at first if it was going to deliver, however; my really close subjects look clear and detailed. The build quality of the product is good and swapping lenses is a breeze.

Husband loved this little gift
I bought this on a whim as a stocking filler for my husband. He likes to walk and examine meadow plants. This provides an ideal way to see a plant up close with great detail. He’s very pleased with the lens product. He did have a little trouble attaching the first once or twice but now does that easily.
