I didn’t know these things existed for the longest time. I would go to work in the worst of pain, but when I discovered these now I can go out and about and not worry about cramping. They’re so amazing.

Used these for years on different areas of the body. You can do your chores, walk or sit,it stays put. I’m elderly and don’t need anything really really warm so they’re perfect for me.

The image of the box says this comes with 1 bonus heat wrap. It does not. Besides that it works as expected.

These are awesome. Work great last for at least 8-10 hrs. Prefect for on the go. They are hard to find in stores.

This helps me so much during that time of month in keeping my abdominal area warm and soothing my cramps. I do wish the adhesive was a bit stronger though, if I wear it overnight ; by morning it’s already loose :/

The package and box came damaged so I was worried the product was damaged but fortunately the product was fine.

I have loved these for years and was having trouble finding them. These cut to the hear of menstrual cramps every time. It's nice not to have to wash down quite so much ibuprofen.
