Buy the OE filter instead.
The filter was too long to fit without jamming in or cutting. This filter is just the plain material where as the OE filter has activated charcoal to filter air and keep the quality higher. I won't purchase this one again.

Clean cabin air
Two piece filters top layer velcro comes off to make hole alignment easier to install. Can be a pain to install ( not much).

Lightweight, fits perfectly
Fits my 2008 VW Jetta GLI. I decided to get this non-carbon filter (OEM) to hopefully get more air flow in the cabin. The gasket to the cover is a tight fit, be sure to press up then slide over to lock the cover to prevent air leaks. I had a slight air leak (squeaky noises) because I wasn’t careful initially.
