Cook them or sprout them...yumm good!
I had never heard of Adzuki beans before. I sprouted the first batch, and they were wonderful to toss into salads. I put them into a refrigerator dish as soon as they softened up and showed a tiny sprout. They tasted just like raw green peas. Slightly soft and chewy. Plus, they are wonderful for you! Will try them cooked next. This brand of beans is good quality and very clean. Try them...packed with nutrients!

I can't remember now where I first read about these beans. But the write-up was sufficient to get my attention, so I ordered a couple of pounds. Excellent taste, nutty, enjoyable.
I discovered these beans several years ago. They have a completely different taste compared with other beans.Meaty, nutty, high contain of proteins ( some people call them "meat substitute"). Good quality, aroma and taste.
