This is more like a stair stepper in that you must physically push the tread to get it to move . But if you don't adjust it properly you fall right off the back. My advice either get a stair stepper or get electric treadmill

The machine is too fast and can't get know if the belt is adjustable. I don't think it is. So I emailed the seller hope they respond. Again it is super fast. So you cannot walk at all. You can only run super fast.

The treadmill is not for walking. The walking belt slips. The return price is more than the actual cost. I do no recommend.

very easy to put together the bottom black ring was very hard to remove to add the whiles.

It’s so small and unsafe

Needs 0 stars there is no resistance qwhich makes the treadmill useless. The incline and no resistance you cannot even walk on it with out it flinging you off the back. The seller has extremly poor communication would not buy dont waste money.

Took way too long to arrive. Very dissatisfied with this treadmill initially. Treadmill way too fast; on the dangerous side for someone that can't balance well. Made the adjustments and it is not a bad piece of equipment. After the adjustments were made it is stable and can be set for the correct incline; we are satisfied with the unit.
