I’m so glad I found these. These have kept me from getting sick several times. I have a weakened immune system to begin with, regularly do not get enough sleep, and work in an office where colds spread like wildfire. I don’t use these daily but I pop a few if I am feeling run down, haven’t gotten enough sleep for several days, have coworkers sick around me, feel like I might be coming down with something, or am getting on a plane and these have dramatically reduced me getting sick or help me get well much faster. They have a mild flavor but nothing too bad. I’ve even started gifting these to coworkers who have children, are under a lot of stress, and/or travel a lot and they swear by it too!! These also do not have any weird side effects.

Years ago I had a very noticeable response to a severe bout of influenza. A friend came over with chicken soup and some Kyolic aged garlic and my illness turned around about 12 hours after taking several doses. 24 hours later I was looking for a substantial meal, I was so hungry.Since Covid, I have added Kyolic aged garlic to my daily regimen with extra doses if I feel the start of a respiratory illness. It's odor and taste free and I feel healthy and vibrant. I've stayed cold, flu and, most importantly, covid free. It's anecdotal (n=1), but I feel it's been very helpful.

This is one of those things that you have to take on faith. Faith in the science.I don't really notice any difference, and that is perhaps because I don't take it everyday.But I do take it when I have a cold or anything, because the research I have read on at least me to believe that it does help when you have any kind of cold, and probably helps with cholesterol and other things.But I can't be 100% certain which is why I don't give it five stars.

I love these! I take them only when I don't want to get sick (if my children or husband is sick) or at the start of a cold. I take two in the morning with a meal and two at night with a meal. I'll also take one oil of oregano pill with it.I have noticed the difference. Most of time (if I take it at the onset of sickness) I won't get sick. The next it is cleared up. If the cold still persists, these garlic pills help to speed up recovery. I have bought them so far 3 or so times. I highly recommend.

Our family has used these several times over the years to help with healing from infections (colds, yeast, etc) and to help with cholesterol issues. There is no garlic after taste or odor. These work for cholesterol, and absolutely are helpful with the immune system. Garlic is a powerful aid when you are fighting infections, and the added olive leaf and oregano are also effective, even on their own. The combination, from a trusted manufacturer, is very convenient.
