Trader Joe`s Thai Lime and Chili Cashew

Perfection in every bite!

Stumbled across these in TJs. The one near me didn't carry them at the time but Amazon did.They are PHENOMENAL.

Has a bit of a kick it with and nice full sized cashews. You dont feel it at first but after a minute youll get the chilis kicking in and i like this. Nicely coated. Those are the positives.Nuts especially flavored are spendy.Negative

1 star deduction for price. That said these are fantastic and took me back to the streets of Thailand. On soi 4 Sukhumvit, Bangkok Thailand there is a vendor that sells the fried insects. The spice blend used on these cashews is almost identical to the one on the crickets she sells. So if you ever wondered what they taste like, here ya go.

I mean expensive but hey I really wanted them. It just sucks that it had to come to this. #quarantine. I live in the Bronx so I wasn’t taking the train to manhattan to risk my life. It was metro card fare ride to go and come back. That’s how I’ll make myself process this price

I love the spices, especially the kaffir lime leaves. I was never a big fan of almonds until I tasted these.

Flavor was meh. I had high hopes as I enjoy cashews. But from now on I will stick with regular cashews and save the chili-lime flavor for other products. Salt and vinegar almonds are killer.

I had previously purchased these cashews at Trader Joe’s brick and mortar. I was pleased to find them online. Such a tasty snack but holy moly, expensive (as cashews tend to be!).
