If it is 100% cocoa solids, where is the 3g sugar coming from?

Hi, there are naturally occurring sugars in cocoa beans, but there is no ADDED sugar in our Absolute Black range. Many thanks

Is the chocolate undutched (alkali processed)?

I contacted the makers, who stated that they DO NOT use dutched (akalised) cocoa. So this is pure 100% with no akali process.

It would be great if there was an option for dark chocolate with xylitol, it's very popular and rare to find. I only bake with 100% dark chocolate.

Why spoil the taste by adding xylitol? This is a delicious 100% cocoa sugar free chocolate. Why not just buy a bag of xylitol on Amazon and add it yourself.

Does it contain soya lecithin

Both the bar I have and the pictures shown online state that it contains 100% Cocoa solids and nothing else.
