I didnt know where to write this as didnt want to leave a negative review.... I have never had a problem with this product till now so i know its probably just a mishap.... I purchased 2 this time round and one isnt working, it doesnt register on the charger... Could i please get just this one replaced??Dont be put off guys it is a good product.

Bought a pair of these for my dewalt radio ( so not gonna be worked hard). They arrived quickly but only one worked out of the box and one wouldn’t charge. Seller sent replacement with apology and they have been ok… no where near as good as a genuine battery but that’s to be expected. Now we’re in November, one has failed and won’t charge and is completely dead… I thought my consumer rights gave me a 12 month warranty on all products but there’s no way to contact the seller for a refund/exchange…. Expensive Lesson learned.. I will only buy genuine Dewalt batteries in future.

I love this duo battery feels well sturdy and powerful and the battery is very long lasting too. Fast charging and the fact that it comes in two is great for the price. I highly recommend

Had a job fixing mornings out in harbour in the think black mud and lost 2 real DeWalt batteries and did not want to wreck another so bought these for the job so if got wet or dropped did not matter. One battery feels heavy than the other and last longer, they both hold charge was using with angle grinder, not sure how long they will last but did what I needed them for.

Great value for money work and charge great

These are listed as 5.0ah. They are not, and no where near, maybe 1 or 2ah if I'm being generous! Won't charge properly, thought they seemed light, so popped the cover off and found there were only 5 cells, and cheap rubbish ones at that! There needed to be 10 high capacity cells to come any where near the 5.0ah claimed. DO NOT BUY. Don't really know what I was expecting, but don't understand how Amazon thinks it's ok to sell such rubbish that isn't even close to what is described!

For battery life I can't knock it as tradesman I use these batteries every day and they work perfectly fine however one of the batterys failed after a couple months which is a shame really.
