Easy assembly process. Well designed. Attractive.,
I purchased this platform bed to hold my new, 95 pound Dream Cloud Premier mattress. I purchased the full bed size. The slats are 3 inches apart, give or take a few centimeters. Though the overall construction was fine, I noticed the acacia frame boards were not single long pieces, but shorter pieces fitted together. Will this affect longevity? I did not want a bed made with rubber-wood. The screws don’t hold well in rubber-wood. Acacia is well regarded.Assembly.Removing the packing material took longer than the assembly. It’s easy to miss some of the many pieces of long styrofoam. Break all the cardboard sides done flat, before removing styrofoam pieces. Some need to be pushed out from the inside. It’ll make things easier. I did have a mishap when I turned the bed over. The bed is upside down when you put the legs on. The bed fell out of my hands, and took a chip out of a baseboard. No damage to the frame though.I did not remove the tape that is on two of the slats. My mattress, at 95 pounds, probably won’t move. Also, since the 6 legs are slim, not wide, I’d want to remove the mattress before moving the bed. The only center support on the full size bed are the 2 inner legs.Overall, the bed is attractive. It’s nice not to look at old fashioned metal legs on the carpet. You won’t want to cover these legs up.I did add the Allstate Accident Protection plan. Unlike their other warranties, their furniture warranties do not extend the manufacturers warranty. They are accident only policies. If the bed frame cracked when it hit the baseboard, I would have been covered. My wife didn’t want a headboard. This bed, without a headboard, opens the room up.I would recommend the bed.

we're pleasantly surprised
This is our first grownup bed frame that we didn't make ourselves. We've put off buying big furniture because we've had to move a lot, and expect to move again soon.We like:the fact that it is relatively light for easy movingthat it folds in halfthe colorthat it's prettythe height that allows the robot vacuum to clean underneaththe sturdinessthe noiselessness when we movethe fact that it doesn't scratch the hardwood floorquick and easy setup (10 minutes)One thing that would make us love this frame even more is if it folded in the other direction, so that it could be set up as a couch. We would like to put a smaller one in the living room to put our full-length heating pad on. But it can't be used that way since it folds in toward its leg side instead.

pretty great platform bed
Just purchased and received the full size for my son. Main reason I chose this one is that is required almost zero assembly, and the pictures looked nice. I am super impressed with this, and I am not sure why it doesnt have more reviews. The wood is really gorgeous, I was very surprised. The grain is beautiful, a nice medium rich brown. The bed comes folded in half in a box and I was able to bring it in the house myself. OK I dragged but still. It assembled in 3 minutes: take it out of the box, open it, turn it upside down, screw on 6 legs and that's it, done. It's a really sharp looking bed - the legs are beautiful. It's slightly closer to the ground then I imagined but that's no one's fault. Still not an issue. It looks beautiful. Only thing I might mention is the slats don't seem to be the strongest in the world - I wouldn't jump on the bed, but I could be wrong about that. Still, for the price, very happy. Nice that the slats come attached to the bed, and there is some soft material layer between the slats and the frame which is nice. It has a lot of legs for support. Overall I am pleasantly surprised, didnt think it would look this nice and high end and was worried the wood would look cheap. Definitely recommend, easiest bed ever. Will see if it holds up as well as it looks.

IMPRESSIVE BUDGET-FRIENDLY BES
Honestly, it’s more like a 4.25-4.50 but I’m rounding up for the sake of simplicity and because my only critiques are somewhat minor.I have never had a bed that was so easy to assemble! Seriously, it took me no longer than 6 or 7 minutes to have the bed fully assembled and ready for a mattress. Which is great not only because furniture assembly can be a headache and a huge time-suck but also because it will make for easy packing and transport whenever I relocate. In the past, I’ve generally sold my beds and purchased new ones when relocating. But I really plan to keep this bed for a while even if I relocate multiple times. The bed itself has a simple low profile which makes it versatile enough to fit into most styles. This was a big plus for me as I’m frequently updating my aesthetic. With this bed, I didn’t feel locked into a particular style or that any styles were necessarily off limits. My only qualms were that the legs arrived a little banged up with some small scuffs on a couple of them. It was an easy enough fix with some sanding and staining but still a little annoying to have to do that. If it weren’t for that minor issue, the bed would’ve been absolutely perfect.

Great price, solid bed, no building necessary
I was skeptical. A lot of reviews said it came damaged or wasn’t worth the low price point.I have an antique bed frame that I love but didn’t want it to support my mattress. I’ve got two kids and two large dogs that like to be on my bed. Plus yours truly. All in all it’s a lot of weight...roughly 420 lbs without the mattress weight. So I needed a slat system, extra legs to support my memory foam mattress, and a certain height to match up with the antique frame. This works perfectly. There are 9 legs on the full size. The slats seemed questionable when I first opened the box but they’ve been very sturdy. I think the flexibility and lightweight nature of the slats makes them seem flimsy when they’re not. And it holds my bed up unnoticed while my antique outer frame shines! No building either! Unfold the frame, screw in the legs, and you’re done!
