This was ordered new and charged for 3 hours and it would only hold a charge for the count of 2 seconds as it was making the worst loud sounds that no one would ever want tolerate. As soon as I allowed the customer service representative hear it they refunded it immediately, and that wasn't even the worst thing wrong! They failed to include the plastic piece that connects the two with the bottom that allows you to attach the handle to the lowest part of the 2 part telescoping handle which is so much bigger in diameter that you could’nt even reliably duct tape it. Why send me a new item with a battery that won't charge?!

First of all, I was very happy with the way this product was packaged. Every item well protected and carefully padded. Instructions were good but the plastic is so light and everything is kind of tight so you’re really afraid you’re going to break something if you force it. You need to wiggle the dust pan and the part where handle fits in bottom and it seems still be ok after a few uses. Love the suction and the lightness of this sweeper. The charge light feature is nice and it does come partially charged right from the box. All and all, so far so good. I feel like it may not last as long as higher priced sweepers due to the lightness of the plastic but I think it’s great for the price and I definitely recommend. I’ll be watching for more from this very consumer-friendly company. Oh and the free duster was such a nice “thank you”!

Was a bit loud right out of the PKG. After abya months of use, it's really loud. Tried to lube the plastic gears and clean out all the dust/hair, but after 3 min, just as loud.

This one’s a winner! I was in the market for a carpet sweeper for small jobs and touch ups, and I came upon this one; it’s a little workhorse! It’s battery charged, gets under and around everything. I love that it’s self propelled and is rechargeable. I used it for over an hour and it was still charged. The handle is comfortable I would say, even for arthritis sufferers whose hands are compromised, it’s not just a stick! Cleanup is so simple, too. I’m entertaining thoughts of getting another one just for my sewing room! Don’t let this one get away!

THIS IS THE BEST POWER SWEEPER I'VE EVER BOUGHT. LITHIUM BATTERY, SMART ENGINEERING WITH A SMALL ROTATING SIDE BRUSH FOR EDGES. NO NEED TO PLUG IN FOR CHARGING. YOU JUST STAND IT ON THE CHARGING UNIT. SO PRACTICAL. BEST IN CLASS.
