Had a review declined and haven't a clue why as I just explained it worked. So it works.

Wow this cream does wonders. My little girl had a really bad nappy rash a few months ago (was left for hours in a soiled nappy from a terrible nursery which I reported and removed her from).Her rash was red raw and weeping and was causing the most amount of pain. After cleaning the area by dabbing with cool boiled water and cotton pads I applied a thin layer of this cream and it healed her rash so quickly.She's had a few nappy rashes since but nothing as bad but I do the same thing everytime and this cream is like a miracle. I used to use something else and it didn't work. If you have a baby or toddler you NEED this cream!!

Unfortunately our baby didint like it rush get twice the size after applying back to old one plus powder better option

This stuff is truly amazing. Every baby is different but this stuff definitely works for mine. We take this everywhere

Best cream for nappy rash

Although it's a thick yellow cream this is the best stuff to use for sore bottoms! You can see the improvement by the next nappy change. Highly recommend.
