Does not open the panels, key fits perfectly, but not correctly cut...

The keys worked but the cut was rough so it requires a bit of use before the key slides in and out smoothly. They do work. If someone is not careful and does not fully insert the key they could break the key off in the lock accidentally. Insert the key all the way then turn.
