Mine didn’t sink!!!
15 Beautiful slices of bread..few changes - used my stand mixer with the kneading hook for 15 minutes .. placed a damp paper towel over the dough while it rest for 8 hours.. increased oven time to 38 minutes

KETO Game Changer!!!!! Bread is back!!!
AMAZING and Delicious! 5-Stars isn’t enough! I’m definitely buying more!I’m not sure how the company made this so great and so low on carbs. I’m using it for sandwiches, grilled cheese, TOAST, with a little bit of almond butter... it works with everything!Oh, and it’s easy to make, and makes A LOT of bread... don’t be fooled by the package!

Yay Bread again on keto!
My husband was pretty skeptical about this when I told him I ordered it. I told him to give it a chance bc it had pretty good reviews but he was still pessimistic. Delivery was pretty quick so that was a plus. Prep for it was pretty simple and you do get a little workout with kneading it for 15 mins. I know it said to shape in a load but did it in 18 little rolls. It does double up in size after 6 hours and the kitchen smelled yummy when it was baking. The hubby snuck a little steal of one the rolls a few mins after coming out & he was shocked how it tasted like “real bread”. We let it cool down and had little sliders for dinner. BIG hit for my husband and myself. These sliders were moist and fluffy. Storing was easy since we just put it in a large ziploc bag and yes, it was still moist the next day. Will be adding this mix to our pantry staples ❤️

Not worth $12 for one load of bread
I was excited enough to spend this much for a loaf. I followed the instructions and got a good rise on it, but when I took it out of the oven it feel hard like a soufflé in the middle. It may have needed longer in the oven, but it was waaaayyyy dark brown already. Some instructions to tent the bread with foil would have been nice. Also, if you don't have a stand mixer with a bread dough hook, it requires 15 minutes of 'kneading'- so make sure you have strong arms. The flavor is good, I just can't see spending $12 on a loaf of bread.

This bread is excellent!
I made it in my Curtis Stone bread machine. I followed the package direction and then set my machine on gluten free setting, 3 hrs 5 min.. it rose like crazy. The lid was a good 2 1/2 inches up. I let it cook and removed it from the pan to cool. Top shrunk in a bit but the bread is REAL bread, crusty outside and soft inside. If I can figure out how to put in pictures I will.

BEST KETO/LOW CARB BREAD EVER!!!!
I usually don’t leave reviews at all but this time couldn’t resist. WOWWWWW!! This bread is justA-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! It’s so moist, so soft and delicious! I tried many low carbs breads while on keto diet but never tasted something similar to this. It tastes so good and is perfect who’s keeping low carb/keto diet with only 2g net carbs per slice! Honestly, never eating regular bread every again on keto or not on keto. It’s super easy to make and can freeze up in advance. Definitely recommend!!!

Good bread option for low carbers
I've made something like this in the past using flaxmeal which was basic and ready in minutes but it came with an unfortunate aftertaste that I can still recall. This however is much, much better. Making this loaf is somewhat of a process though, easy but not quick - you must rise the dough for 6 hrs. Also you must knead it for 15 mins which is basically like folding and scraping rather than traditional kneading. The dough is a wet spongy paste and the act of kneading activates the yeast and gluten. It is pleasant tasting result however, and it gives you back some normality if you're missing a sandwhich or piece of toast on your keto diet. HOWEVER, the company photos with the product are misleading. It purports to represent a loaf of bread that simply looks like a standard wholewheat flour loaf. It doesn't - in reality it looks and feels a little strange and is always tinged with a sulphur yellow colour - that would be the flaxmeal. But a pretty decent product overall.

Super moist!
Super moist! Followed directions exact, and it rose well above my bread pan. No worries, I flipped it over and pushed it back in and then baked it. It baked up very well! . . Only downfall I find is the “hand kneading” for fifteen minutes. I got a workout! Lol. And then the waiting “rise” time. Lol. As well as how super moist it is. Not really a horrible thing, I just have been wanting something fluffy. I sliced this up and toasted it, and got a better texture. I miss fluffy bread :( Still delicious and great for keto! Would recommend
