I am a 54 year old, Mexican-American Woman. No matter what hair product I tried, my hair was dull, had been increasingly graying and had begun to become noticeably thin on top (the hair part was bigger) and a widow's peak was becoming pronounced. Whenever I washed my hair, I would have a large amount of hair loss. In addition, I hated to color my hair because really large amounts of hair would come out due to the chemicals. I am still dyeing hair but very infrequently. Hair is fully, shinier, healthier. Much, much, less hair falling out when shampooing (used to be at least 30 strands now down to 3) and hair brushing. Eyebrows are fuller and although still not exactly where I want them to be, are getting closer to my pre-80's tweezing debacle. Latest good news - eyelashes are fuller and longer. I have used this product for years and have recommended it to my sister as well. I have noticed that though I’m about to turn 51, my hair is still thick, healthy and has no signs of graying. My eyelashes annd eyebrows are full and thick as well. We all know that as women age, we naturally lose our youthful thick, rich fullness in our hair and eyelashes. This product has done the work for me!! It always arrives quickly and is a quality product.

I haven't used this product for the recommended time yet, almost one month so far, but in this short amount of time, I can honestly see the difference in the gray hairs I presently have. No joke - the grays have actually started to change back to my natural hair color! Over the past year, I've had to touch up the grays twice a month because they were growing in too fast to keep up with. Since I started using the He Shou Wu vitamin, I haven't used the hair coloring yet this past month! No exaggeration! I'm in awe of how quickly this product is starting to work. I'm definitely going to continue using it and hoping to see the results in the thickness of my hair too.

Just finished my first bottle, and am actually amazed. My hair tends to grow really slowly but in the last month I've had noticeable growth and I don't think I'm imagining it because other people have commented as well. I started taking this just for hair growth, but was really pleasantly surprised that it seems to have an effect on anxiety as well. The days I take it, I seem to feel calmer throughout the day and more focused. It's very subtle but I notice the effect over time. I have been taking two tablets every morning (empty stomach), and I would forget to take it at least a few times a week, but I still experienced these results.Update 16 months later still taking it nearly every day except often miss on the weekends. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach when I remember, otherwise closer to or with breakfast. I have longer hair now than I have been able to grow since maybe age 11. I am 37 now and have three grey hairs that I know of, and two of them were there before I started taking the supplement. They are still there, and it is hard to say but I am guessing that the supplement is keeping things in check.My main reason to take this however was to address thinning. While I have always had thinner hair, things seemed to worsen all of a sudden around age 34, which is when I started experimenting with supplements. I can only report a slight improvement in this area, but it certainly has not gotten any worse, maybe a bit better. I also started taking a Fo-ti powder from another manufacturer in addition to my two daily pills, but this brand/the pills are my mainstay since I know they work on me.

I have tried 2 bottles of this and have seen no difference as of yet and my hair grows fast.I also seem to get heart burn after taking this product. I'm not to happy with this product.
