New review (1 star)I originally gave this 4 stars but I've been finding that the device switches itself off while I'm wearing it. At first I thought maybe I was somehow hitting the buttin accidentally but I am not. If I don't know the device is off I can be slouching and think my posture is good because I'm not being alerted. With that said, this device is not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.Original review (4 stars)I got this because I was slouching at my desk during work but also while looking at my phone. It helps in the work scenario but not with the phone. The reason being is that when using my phone my back position doesn't change much except for my neck getting strained looking down for long periods of time. This device is good for helping to correct posture while working at a desk or any activity where my back is crooked, but I would need something else to stop my head always tilting forward to look at phone and putting pressure on my chest, etc.

Bought as a present for someone wanting to rectify their posture .I was told it was very efficient and helpful .
