Really loud and clear! Well worth it. Compared to the mcf I used for two semesters thus is much, much, louder!

10/10 would recommend. Helps with hearing really well - night and day difference from the freebie options available at work/in class. Love the blue color too. It’s bright enough to catch my eye and not leave behind but isn’t an obnoxious color.

Lives up to its hype, but HEAVY
This is supposed to be THE stethoscope you get when you want a good quality stethoscope. It definitely is. The ONLY thing is that is is much heavier than the Littmann II because the chest piece is a heavy metal, whereas the Littmann II chest piece is lighter and more comfortable to wear around the neck. I do find the III DOES have better sound projection as described. Literally “weighing” the options on which one is overall the most practical for my own needs. But, it’s is a beautiful product!
