As a boxing and MMA fitness coach, it’s important to assess my clients. The Aqua Training Bag sensor did the job! It was super easy to install the power sensor and the smartphone application. Would I love most is the sensor is a one-to-many, which means any client can pair to my Aquabag. I plan to fill my studio with the sensors.

I have set up the sensor, but I can't get it to read my punches. I have an 18" aqua bag and I pounded away at it for 30 minutes, changing settings, pounding, changing batteries, pounding again, reseating the sensor in the bag, pounding away again, .... I even tried setting it to the minimum weight class and hitting as hard as I could, but it barely recorded 4 punches out of at least 10 hard ones I threw to test it. And then it tells me I didn't do enough work for it to save the info. I have emailed the seller. I wonder if my sensor is defective.

It’s a great way to motivate to go longer and harder in my workouts.It takes the guesswork out of my routine and as long as you are serious about your fitness this is not a toy.

It adds more motivation and stats to the workouts. The sensor is not as sensitive as I would like it to be, as it misses many of the hits, though one can get a general idea. I almost returned this product due to the sensitivity issue. (Now that I’ve had this for awhile, I’m glad I decided to keep it as it does make workouts more motivating, and the app keeps track of the starting and ending times of each round).

The Aqua sensor could be a lot better. It not the most accurate when it comes to your lbf punching power. Depends on the spot you punch, It can show different punching power. The app is nice for setting up the rounds of workout but you could have done that yourself without the app. Was it worth the money? I'll have to say no. I think the product should had been only $30-$50 and that being generous, It not worth spending $174 for something that isn't very accurate. When I mean accurate if you were to be punching anywhere on the bag it should give you the same reading, If you punch near the sensor it will show you a higher number. If you punch in the opposite direction from the sensor it will give you a lower punching power number. Worst part is you won't be able to fill your bag fully if you wish to use the sensor. It must be below the Aqua bag hole for it to work accurately according to the maker of Aqua bag. But still even after following the instruction it not very accurate. It also leave your bag with ripple as you are not able to pump air into the bag.

I COULD NEVER GET IT TO RECORD POWER PUNCHES ON A 190 LBS 21 INCH BAD BOY BLUE BAG I DID ALL THE WATER DRAIN TO BE BELOW THE PORT HOLE AND EVERYTHING IT ALSO FAILED TO RECORD ACCURATE PUNCH STATS CORRECTLY I SENT THE FIRST SENSOR BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT.I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT AND IT ALSO FAILED TO RECORD THE POWER SHOTS FOR $182.00 PLUS TAX THE SENSOR SHOULD DO EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME !

I essentially paid $175 to swap out the plug. The app will not let you register an account and this thing is useless without the app. You will fork out the money for something that does not work. Do not waste your time or money on this.
