TTX Tech Super Famicom Style Controller Limited Edition for Wii

Happy Mom here! My son needed this to get past a level on one of his games. We set out to look for one, hitting up many pawn shops since this is considered "dated." The "aha" moment kicked in and we checked Amazon. Once again, Amazon pulled through for us! My son had fun in the hunt for the the controller, he had fun getting past the level, and he now has his "dated" controller--should he need it again. Thanks, Amazon!

The remote seemed not to be responding well, but I thought maybe it was me. Then it just stopped responding at all. I would love to recommend it, but it will go kaput as soon as you can't return it. Buy the Wii controller, and believe me -- I only have a Wii to play Super Mario All-Stars. I'm old school. I don't do all these "new-fangled" games :-D But I could play right away with minimal tension and really, the interface is the same. You just have to get used to the different shape, but the buttons are in the same place.Please don't blow any $ on this.

The controllers are cool and classic snes style controllers. The only issue is the directional pad does not work on either two controllers bought. Not sure if this is a defect or what but the controllers are pretty much useless to play classic snes games on the Wii

Arrived on time and works with the Wii. Responce is great most of the time but sometimes the signal doesn't reach the console, no matter how furiously you press the buttons to jump over the turtle. Still, the older games are extremely more enjoyable with this remote.

Low quality, only good for kids rather than the serious gamer.

Had a great time playing with the kids and actually could beat them at Mario Kart with my old school controller! Love it!

Item was exactly as shown, in original packaging. Works like a charm, but is significantly lighter than a snes controller. I use this on wii to play games from the virtual console with no issues.

Funciona excelente y no batalla en reconocerlos los wiimote. Para juegos retro de SNES y NES es muy buena opción.

Nada mas que decir es un producto terrible, pero como viene de USA lo tuve que conservar, ademas eso me ayudara a leer la opinión de otros consumidores antes de comprar algo no oficial para las consolas de Nintendo.

I bought my parents a Wii not so long ago, as they are huge fans of the classic games like the original Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, etc. I bought a pair of these controllers for them, since I knew they'd enjoy even more playing the oldschool games on an oldschool controller.In terms of price, it's cheap. The controller itself worked okay, although I did notice that the buttons were not as responsive as I wanted, not on the same level as the actual Wii Remote or a Wii Classic Controller.All in all for what I paid I can't complain, but it's definitely more of a gimmick then anything. If you want precision gaming, go for the Wii Classic controller at 3 times the price. For my parents reliving their old video-gaming days, these do the job just fine.
