Easy to use and seems to work well. Easy clean up as well.

Sweep your floors. Then clean the floors with a wet mop. Put a fan on the floors to dry well. When dry, I used 5 Oz. of SEALANT to 8 cups of water (which is 1 gallon). Apply with a dry cloth mop. Don't let any liquid stand wet. IMPORTANT: CURE THE FLOOR FOR 24-48 HOURS. Tiptoe through the kitchen, or wherever and stay off of it.i keep a fan going for at least 4 hours.

Great product and works as intended

I bought this after seeing a ton of 5 star reviews but this is a meh for me. I applied this product to my kitchen backwash grout lines, and I re-applied it SEVERAL times after each application, with a 2-3 week interval, and in every re-application, the chemical gets absorbed into the grout line as if there hasn't been any prior applications. This should make grout lines hydrophobic but it's not acting that way. AND it contains a certain chemical that makes me difficult breathing.

Works great. Goes far for a small amount. I used it for travertine tiles

Bought to seal my onyx sink. It was recommended by the seller. This is the second year I have had to seal it and it seems to work fine
