PowerWerks PW40BAT 40 Watt RMS Personal PA System, Battery Powered

Product does not work. I have had it for 24 hours and the battery does not charge. The PA only works when plugged in. I am returning this garbage.

The PW40BATBT was my choice for several reasons. 1. Decent sound. 2. Battery powered. 3. Ability to be linked to additional units as needed for sound levels and coverage. 4. Bluetooth. 5. Size and shape allowing units to be stacked. 6. Units are fitted with speaker stand fixtures. 7. Price. We found one unit was adequate for an outside theatre production piece for a crowd of 60 to 80. We found two units were adequate for an outdoor country club musical duo performance of acoustic music, where the linked units were utilized to reinforce the vocals while a separate third unit was used to reinforce the guitar. Many of the listeners were impressed with the sound and volume.

We have performed with this unit since Nov. of 2015. It has amazing sound for only 40 watts and we can play twin Taylor guitars for up to 10 hours portable, and we use it with bluetooth to learn new material when practicing. We have used in large halls with plenty of power. We only wish it had reverb setting.I am adding to this review and stand by my first paragraph. We have done concert after concert with this unit...and it one of the most remarkable pieces of "high tech" I have owned to date.
