Two times now I've had prusiks get sucked into this, both 7mm standard nylon and VT's. It's great for the right application, but I was pretty bummed that it doesn't mind a prusik very well (at all).

This is an awesome design and quality product. We built a rock climbing wall in our house and used this for a weighted pulley system for belaying. We can leave it connected to the top bracket and put the rope in or take it out, it saves a ton of space from having to use a chain of carabiners and swivel and a pulley.

Excellent pulley, I am a apprentice lineman, I climb steel towers, and wood poles regularly. I use this on a regular basis as a hardline block, and I love it. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but don't let that discourage you, it is very strong, and useful for smaller ropes. Keep the rope size in mind though as you may need the larger size which I'm sure is the same quality as this one.
