This is the BEST collagen for cartalidge that I have ever used !! I'm 69 and work out 3X a week. Joint pain is now a thing of the past since I have been using this daily.The fact that it dissolves completely is just another bonus

This had a lot of good reviews so I gave it a shot. It’s a bit pricey, but the results were great! I do a scoop in the morning in my Greek yogurt or in my protein shake. Knee pain and sweeping I had had for just over 2 years reduced to 95% better after about 6 weeks of very regular use. I was pretty sure I was headed for a knee replacement and am happy I gave this a try. I added in a low carb diet and the pain subsided 100%. I now to stairs with ease and no holding on to railings when I do. In fact I’ve started jogging recently and after 2 weeks of intermittent jogging daily, still no pain. Highly recommend!!

a torn meniscus is miserable. there is nothing for the pain and inflammation. ice goes only so far. knee braces really don't help. flood the body with collagen peptides, type 1, 2, 3 will help the skin, nail, hair, and joints. one scoop twice a day to try to speed the healing but to also help all other systems that could benefit.

It has a great taste, and it dissolves easily real easy to use. Just mix it with your drink and tell a difference in skin health love the collagen quality.

I take a collagen powder supplement from Brightcore that has hyaluronic acid and Monk Fruit in it and is delicious! I mixed this powder with Salt Wrap because I don’t like the taste of Salt Wrap, but Salt Wrap does seem to help a tiny bit. I wish it had more FORTIGEL, TENDOFORTE, and Hyaluronic acid in it to be more effective.

Great product and great quality. I mix it in with my protein shake and have seen the benefits after about 3 weeks of use.
