It taste absolutely disgusting. I was adding four drops to water and that just prolonged the disgusting taste. I eventually have switched to olive oil which is short and less painful surprisingly, its not as bad as slowly drinking it. I havent had a menstrual cycle for months due to contraception and im not sure if its a good or bad thing that I had started shortly after commencing this once a day (not twice a day as advised). Ive stopped taking for now as I cant put myself through it daily whilst also dealing with aunt flow. Other than the taste I cant say anything really negative at this present time. However i will update my review with any findings.

I had candida on my tongue root and I could not rid it off for a couple of months. I even have taken Nistatine for 7 days, but no result.The oil and mouth wash the same brand did not help either, then I found in the internet that simple apple vinegar twice a day 1 tables spoon each time mixed in a glass of water can help. I started to drink vinegar and just in three-four days the candida left me finally. So if your case like mine, do not spend pressure time go for vinegar . in the internet.

I received the item but I am worried to take it because it got grapefruit seeds extract, because there is possibility it might interfere with my blood pressure pills. I am sure is good product, but maybe not for everyone
