Trader Joe's Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix

This mix is head and shoulders above other gf pancake mixes to my view. It actually puffs up and reminds me of buttermilk pancakes I used to love at iHop. That said, know that it makes just ok waffles - they taste good, but King Arthur's Gluten Free Baking Mix makes for a much better waffle ( but not as good pancakes as Trader Joe's ).

This is yummy mix. I had never worked with gluten free mix before so it seemed a little thin at first, but it worked out. The recipe on the back calls for very little pancakes, which isn't sufficient in my home. So, I got two "normal" sized pancakes out of the directions on the box.

This stuff is awesome. It takes so much like regular homemade pancakes that even my husband, who is not on a gluten-free diet, thinks it tastes great!

My grandkids are very fussy about their pancakes and they prefer this over the regular pancake mix. I am GF but they are not. Still, we both love it! It made great waffles, also!

Pancakes are a little dry. Probably because it is gluten free :)

Ok, makes a nice pancake. I like more of a rice flour, but these are tasty.. Nice vanilla smell and flavor.

Great mix. Best gluten free mix I have had.
