This is the perfect milk frother and hot chocolate machine. It’s super easy to use and really easy to clean. It’s simple enough for children to make themselves hot chocolates. The results are fantastic. The beverages come out smooth and tasting amazing. We even use to make lattes. We leave it out on the counter all week because it’s gets uses so much! It has a nice sleek design too. Loving our Latti!

This frother whips up creamy froth every time! I've purchased this frother in February 2022, used it almost every day and one day the plastic part that sticks out from the lid that the fr other is attached to cracked. I always hand washed the top and container, even though the instructions say its dishwasher safe. I contacted customer service and explained that nothing out the ordinary happened and the plastic just cracked one day. I requested to jist have the top replaced if possible because the base worked just fine and it was well passed the time limit for a refund or return. Without hesitation I was offered a replacement for the lid! I was told it may take a few weeks but it was on its way. I actually received two lids ( as it came with two different types lids) but only needed one replaced. You just don't expect this type of customer service anymore. You'll love this frother and the people that make and sell them!

The Frother is connected to the lid but the lid is made of plastic and it broke within one year

The froth attachments are not connected to the pouring vessel: one is drop in and the other is connected to lid. This makes for easy and thorough cleaning. I have used this daily for a month since arrival. Luv it. Hope it lasts.

This milk frother broke on the fifth use. For the price, I expected much better quality.That said, I loved using it when it worked. The whisk used a really neat friction fit in the jug with small silicone stoppers. It was quiet and worked well. It made decent foam and heated milk great. It was easy to clean and use. It was pretty much perfect.Then it just... Stopped working. No matter what setting I choose it will spin for about 2 seconds and then just shuts off. While spinning it appears to work like it always does. The plate even starts to heat up. Then it just shuts off.So unfortunately while the product seems well engineered if it doesn't work or breaks so easily I can only give it a single star. Buyer beware.

With covid and staying at home, this milk frother has definitely been game changing for my drinks. Easy to use and clean is very important. But also as well as design - it took me a long time to find a milk frother that looked decent (I love how it looks like a Bialetti). Only complaint is that the top is very high quality, whereas the bottom looks like a design afterthought of china-plastic BS. Still love it.

I have tried several milk frothers and this is certainly the best. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and best of all... makes the most delicious products. It is great quality for a great price. It's my new favorite kitchen item.

I'm disappointed in this purchase and will return it. The foam was thick, so it works. However, it has plastic pieces submerged in the milk. I would rather not heat up so much plastic. Cleaning those parts along with the metal frother isn't easy. The jug can go in the dishwasher, which is nice, but I discovered it gets hot so you can only touch the handle to pour the milk into your coffee. This also made removing the lid a little tricky. Overall, it seems over-priced for the quality. Update: It stopped working just after the one month return window closed.
