Well made and SOLID
I didn't expect this mic to be as heavy and solid as it is, but it is well worth the price. Sounds great, easy to install, and Rode quality all the way!

Excellent Gaming Mic
This mic sounds great, is built to last — even when t’s being used by my 19 yo gamer. I’m also a fan of the retro look to it. More than anything else, it always sounds great. It’s easy to use with both Macs and PCs.

One of the best small USB Mics you can buy
Overall this a great little mic if you need some small for voice.Pros:Small sizeHigh quality nylon and aluminum constructionSimple magnetic baseStrong headphone amplifier built in, able to drive many headphones, including those with higher impedance like the MDR V6 at 53ohmsCompact and portableSolid USB C connection with a quality, adequate length included cableCons:Limited to 96khz. People debate this, but 192khz does often sound a bit better to me, though it's not necessary.Somewhat high noise floor - the mic can sound a bit sizzlyIncluded stand is very low, and easily picks up background noise. Depending on your use case you'll almost definitely need to pick up a separate stand that brings the mic within 6 inches of your mouth to take advantage of the proximity effect. You can get an aftermarket stand for not too much money, but frankly I'm not sure why they included such a short stand.Depending on your voice timbre, it can sound somewhat flat and 'robotlike'. This is more a personal problem for since I have a very monotone voice. Different mics can make it sound better.Overall, for the money you really can't go wrong. It's far better than any included headset mic, the headphone amp is very good, and it also sounds pretty decent for acoustic guitar.

Build quality feels amazing too!
This mic can pick up the trash vallet picking up the trash, on the floor I'm on. I can listen to the recording, and I would hear them open a trashcan, pull out the bag, and walk down the stairs. That's all I need to say. If that's your concern look no further, if you need more information there are other reviews.

Fantastic piece of equipment, but very sensative
I bought this because it had good reviews and couldn't find an American company I could afford; figured supporting an Australian company isn't something I do enough.Anyway, this is really high quality for $99 and is working great for recording instructional videos. However, it is VERY sensitive and picks up absolutely everything. This would probably be a game changer for a conference room meeting where some parties were dialed in.For my instructional videos, I had to switch from a mechanical to a membrane keyboard if I didn't want my typing to drown out the sound of my voice. Between the membrane keyboard and a very mild noise reduction filter; everything is crystal clear. This is the first time I've used a microphone where I didn't entirely hate the sound of my voice!Do note that the volume knob specifically controls your headphone volume and has no effect on the recording; you'll have to manage that with the OS or recording program.

Quality makes this an absolute steal at the price!
I do a lot of telehealth online work as a mental health therapist, and I have been trying to find a mic that I can mount on an arm, that sounds good, and doesn't pick up so much extra noise especially since I have a train that goes by fairly close. I tried a few mics to include the most recent Shure MV7, and all just didn't cut it. Even with the Shure MV7 which is a supposedly great podcasting mic, no bueno. No matter the settings it picked up any movement on my desk making the other person think I was constantly in an earthquake or something. Not to mention some mics work with windows in a weird synchronous way where the mic gets auto adjusted and it is unfixable. But this Rode NT USB Mini is a life saver! The quality is so freaking good, it doesn't pickup any excess noise, and it mounts beautifully. I finally have quality studio sound when working with clients where any distracting noise is a deal breaker. The price is ridiculously low for the quality! Why they aren't charging more I'll never know. But it now if you are even remotely thinking about it.
