This is my fourth surgery! The first three I had to use 2 disposable bags tied tightly in a knot then taped so that no water would get in. And it still got in! It was quite a process and very time consuming. This product is GREAT!!!!! It takes seconds to put on and you're good to go. Very durable, No water leaks ever! And, it is large enough that you can move your hand around freely without feeling trapped. When washing, the plastic is extremely soft and feels good on your skin. It takes seconds to remove and dries quickly. One thing though, it does become snug after a 20 to 30 min. shower. (see pic) But, this is meant to be put on your lower arm and I'm small so I had to push it up on my bicep which made it tighter (but it was still a comfortable fit). Even with snugness, this product far outweighs the hassle when attempting to keep it dry another way. You actually forget you have it on and can do everything you need to! I highly recommend this quality product!!

I got this for my daughter when she had a cast on her arm. It worked great, easy to use, just slip it on. There were no leaks into the cast when she had it on. It fit perfectly on her. It was definitely worth the money and mush easier to use then taping a plastic bag on her.

Works great. It allowed my daughter to shower without having water get to her hand that had surgery. It fits very snug. She needed help getting it on because of how snug it fits to keep water out.

My daughter had wrist surgery and a friend recommended this product to keep her bandages dry while bathing. It worked absolutely perfect and she has a tiny arm. It was very stretchy and easy to use which helped get it over her bandages easily without causing her additional pain. It was 100% waterproof. She said it was comfortable while bathing.

I bought this for my broken wrist and it works great for me. It didn't leak and is easy to use. The opening is small but the sleeve is very roomy. I'm a small person so I don't have trouble putting it on with one hand. But I can see the small opening might be difficult for someone bigger, or with more painful wounds.

Worth it. Even if you're only in a splint for a week post-surgery, just get it. I tried bags and tape and let me tell you, when those splints get wet, they hold water. Just get something you can trust and stop fussing with plastic wrap/bags/tape.When I had carpal tunnel surgery, my splint was a little smaller and I got away with bags, but I probably spent more time and money on that than if I had just bought this. It was uncomfortable, too. So when I broke my wrist and the splint was a little bigger, I caved and bought this. Worth every penny to avoid trying to create a waterproof solution on your own. I failed on night 1 and had to sleep with a towel to soak up the water from the splint. I ended up not needing a cast so I only used this for about two weeks with the splint & brace, but I have no regrets.Honestly just get one; the injury is enough of a headache without trying to battle with bags and plastic wrap and tape. It's comfortable to wear, truly waterproof, and makes actually using that arm in the shower a lot easier (if you're allowed to use it at all).
