NOT Eric's Thermometer
This is a copy of Eric's Thermometer, almost identical with a few small parts being different. As a tool, it's a must have for a HX E61 machine. It won't tell you exactly what the water temperature at your puck is due to the group head and the water being at different temperatures. So you're going to have to go read some forums to get the right technique down for your machine. This works as described.I got this because Eric was missing a part and out of his thermometer. I do find an issue with Coffee Sensor copying his design exactly. At least use a different mounting system or thermometer choice. This is really misleading and clearly designed to take business away from a small business owner/inventor. I will be returning this and getting the one at the same price from Eric.
