HIGH DENSITY.
I had recently put weatherstrip on my patio door. At 3/8" thickness, it worked fine but made the door hard to lock as I had to pull the handle with some force to get the bolt to engage. Did a search for 1/16" weatherstrip, saw this, bought it. It is HIGH DENSITY. Meaning, it has very poor ability to conform. I had completely missed the "high density" part in the description. Looking back, "high density" is only mentioned once in the title of the item. No wonder I missed that. This product is a great price, seems of good quality, but compared to typical weatherstripping most people will not like it. Weatherstripping is designed to fill gaps while not significantly impeding the action of the door or window. Hence, it needs to be foamy, cushy, conformable, squishy, so that you can see the gap, stick the weatherstripping in there, and have the weatherstrip gently fill up that gap without needing to worry about whether you got the exact correct thickness for every single part of the gap. This will not do that. It is stiff and is not squishy. It will work well for impact resistance and wear protection but is not ideal for filling gaps like typical squishy weatherstripping is.

Good deal
Used it to put a seal between a custom screen and a panel. Works great.
