Barker & Barker Tasty Topper for Dogs - 100% Chicken 140g

My puppy wouldn’t eat his food so I bought this product in both chicken and liver. He loves them both and eating is no longer an issue. I do think it’s a little overpriced, but they know we will pay this price to get our pooches eating well, so we don’t have a choice 🤷‍♀️

My dog was a fussy eater, and this definitely helped ease some dinner time woes. I would say first however to try a brand name canned food if possible, as the cost of this product is a fair bit.

Our pup has struggled to stay focussed on her food from the moment she joined our family, and at times refuses to eat which worries us greatly. No matter what we try, she's quite a challenge. We have never once seen her eat with attention and in full, without leaving her bowl once...until we tried this gravy...! Watching your pup eat her kibble with pleasure was such a relief, I can't even tell you.Sadly, this only worked the first feed. The second feed, someone walked in and disturbed her, and she stopped eating altogether. But perhaps tomorrow morning she will be ok again, time will tell.But even if it was a one-off; seeing her eat like a 'normal pup' was worth it.We will get there one day!

Despite having the liver option, I bought the chicken to give Ralph a change every once in a while. He loves the liver, but the chicken is a different thing altogether, whereas the liver turns into a lovely weak gravy, the chicken does not dissolve at all, so better used as just a topper (which Ralph doesn’t like 😳)

I have an extremely fussy Japanese akita, she is hard to please when it comes to dinner time and sometimes she won't eat. I know she loves chicken so thought I would give this a try and she loves it! I sprinkled it straight onto her dry kibble and she started eating straight the way. I wasn't sure she would eat it because its dry toppings on dry food but it's a huge hit with my fussy eater. I also lobe that you can mix it with warm water to make a gravy. 10/10.

This is just a really awful product. Not only is it a rip off but it makes your dog ill.I have tried it twice now and both times it has given my dog terrible diarrhea. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Look elsewhere if you want your dog to stay fit and healthy.

I liked this product as it got my 13yr dog to eat his dry food as tin wet food upset his tummy.I dislike it tho as it made him really thirsty and this caused him to pee every where as he was unable to control his bladder . I only put a teaspoonful the gravy mix with a teaspoon of water .

Expensive - a waste of money as my dog doesn't like the taste.
