Great at first-not so much now!
I've wanted a hot tub for years but the cost has been prohibitive. Couple that with being a renter, and it didn't make much sense. Enter a pandemic, and lots more time spent at home, along with lots of extra stress. I decided it was time to treat myself! I did a lot of research ahead of time. I went back and forth between the Coleman and the Intex and finally settled on this model mostly because it came with everything I needed. It was delivered in a timely fashion, way before it was expected.I have put it in a basement family room on a rug. Praying this does NOT backfire on me! Since we live in Maine, it's not suggested to be put outdoors since it's so cold, and icy here. Thus, the family room. The tub itself has given me no problems. The whole set up was very intuitive. We barely looked at the directions. It inflated within 2 minutes. I expected it to take up a bit more room, that's why I bought the 4 instead of the 6. Turns out I could have splurged on the 6, but this is fine for what we need. The pump fits directly into the side of the tub, and it installed easily. Now finding a way to fill the tub has been another issue. I eventually found a connector that would attach the hose to a showerhead. In the end my teen son found that filling it was a bucket was just as easy. It took about 2 days to fill with water, and to get the heat up to 104. It seemed pretty quick to me, but also keep in mind it's in a heated basement and on an insulated ground cover. It probably takes longer if outdoors in the cold. The next problem was finding chlorine in Maine in the winter. Ugh! I settled for a 3 inch tablet that I ran over with my car. LOL. It worked, and I was able to put some in the tiny dispenser. I plan to order bromine online since I hear that's better for indoor tubs. Last night was the big reveal. Tub full of 104 degree water, ambient lighting, and bubbles! It felt divine. Here's the real test. My son is 6'6 and I am 6 ft. and we fit in comfortably. He was even able to stretch out fully. We may be able to get one more in if we don't care about being close. It's perfect for 1, decent for 2, or 4 smaller folks may fit. After we were done, we covered it with the enclosed cover and latched it. WE've only enjoyed it once, but I have a feeling we will use it daily especially during these Maine winters. We may even move it outside this summer to use as a small pool. I will try to update in a while. So far, so good!Update 11/21- The pump is shot. It’s throwing an E95 code which means the water is too hot. The water is cold. It will no longer turn on the heat, and the water is not circulating. I now have a green swamp sitting in my family room. I’ve tried looking for replacement pumps but they don’t seem to be sold individually. I’m hoping that the warranty may cover it but it’s difficult to speak to a human being:(

Love it!
I love this hot tub! So easy and does what I need for my arthritis and fibromyalgia, chronic pain. It has helped me so much! I didn’t want a permanent one at all, I wanted something I didn’t have to mess with getting electrical construction done, and something not easily movable etc…(and so expensive too). I’ve had it for awhile and it’s still holding up and working perfectly. I also love the accessories and have bought multiple things for it and they are very well made also. I use the seats unless I’m having neck and shoulder pain, then I just sit on the floor of it and it’s very comfortable that way also. Love how you can blow up anything from the pump if you need to, even once it’s all up and going you can still use it very easily. I’m always telling people about this hot tub, I’ve used this brand for other things also, and have loved everything I’ve ever had. Just brought out a battery air pump I bought over 15 years ago, put batteries in it for a camping trip to blow up our intex air mattresses…worked perfectly just like I bought it on day one. Wasn’t sure it would still work after all of these years and after a move and being in the garage etc…but it did! I’ll buy this brand over many others if I have a choice. Great quality, and I love everything that comes with it. Definitely use the bromine tablets and NOT the chlorine ones…the chlorine ones are too strong anyways for a hot tub in my opinion…the bromine is much less scented too. Also, fyi- do NOT mix the two chemicals…I almost did because I was first using the chlorine ones because I didn’t know about bromine…luckily I did some research and you do NOT want to mix them, so I emptied the hot tub before I changed to bromine. It does some sort of dangerous chemical reaction. So definitely choose whichever one you are going to use and stick with it until you change the water out if you ever want to change the chemicals you use. In my experience, definitely keep a tablet in the floating dispenser and you won’t have any issues, at least I haven’t at all. As long as I keep one in the floater at all times, I’ve never had any growth of anything or the water get bad at all. I didn’t have any when I first set it up, and took a little while to get some because they were out…and that time it did make the water cloudy because since it’s hot water, it can go bad real fast without a chemical. So my advice is not to set up the hot tub until you have the chemical to put in it immediately. Highly recommend this, love it and would buy it again and now will always have one no matter what!
