As expected.
This is exactly what you get in the photo. The foam for the sims are nice and will protect your cards. My only critique is that they make more options for the key (sim tray remover pin). Mine is a wider base therefore I have to tape it inside to get it to stay with my sims.

Incredibly nice and well built, a rarity in the 21st Century!
In a world full of cheap plastic imported trinkets, this is the exception. This metal case is specifically designed for storing nano sims. It is compact in size, somewhat larger than a credit card. There is a position inside for a sim ejection tool. You can pick up a dozen ejection tools at various places for about 2 bucks if you don't already have one. The die cut stiff foam lining holds the nano sims very securely, and keeps the little critters from getting lost. If you have an odd couple of micro sims or sd cards, they can be secured between the foam and the front lip. I wish all accessories were as nice as this one!

Great for common use
Honestly, for what it is for, holding SIM cards, it seems sufficient. Haven’t taken it out much, but it seems a little cheap if you are a heavy use traveler. But for how low cost it is you could just get another. Not a bad deal at all.

Great case, no ejector tool.
It's exactly what I wanted except for one thing, it says it comes with an ejector tool. It does not. This was one of the primary reason I bought this. I travel internationally for work and swap in a local SIM every other month or so and I always have to find a paperclip to complete the swap.

Product description is innacurate
The product name is "PSCCO Nano SIM Card Holder with Eject Pin,SIM Card Adapters Aluminum Alloy Storage Case Silver". The product does not contain an eject pin or SIM card adapters. Seems sturdy. I'll keep using my trusty paperclip, I guess. Glad I don't need an adapter.

Eject pin not included
This SIM tray is good and the foam is good for sim cards, but this did not come with the eject pin as advertised.
