I've been using a CPAP for over a decade and I've constantly had these chin strap troubles:o Chin straps that fall off during the night because of their design.o Chin straps made out of unfriendly materials that cause rashes or sweating.o Chin straps that stretch over time, causing them to not work properly.o Chin straps that have velcro straps that catch on my CPAP headgear.This is singularly the very best chin strap that I've used, and it solves all those problems. I just ordered two more because I never want to be without one of these. They are amazingly well-constructed, well-designed, and are the only chin straps that I'd consider to be PERFECT.Doug D.

Unfortunately, after only a week of nightly usage, my AVEELA chin strap became permanently loose no matter how much I tightened it and no longer kept my mouth shut during sleep.I suffer from dry mouth, so when I first bought this I was ecstatic it worked on the very first night. It wasn't uncomfortable, and it even kept my chin shut when I slept on my back. I was amazed.But after a week I noticed that I was waking up multiple times a night again because my mouth had become dry. I constantly tried to tighten the chin strap any way I could; nothing worked. I even tightened it so much it started leaving marks on the side of my face, leaving my cheeks and lower jaw sore all day long, but my mouth would still open after just a few moments of laying down, no matter what position I was in.It also didn't matter where I placed the chin part of the fabric.I have concluded that the fabric on the chin strap becomes loose and after a certain amount of time, there is no way to tighten it anymore without causing pain, rendering this product useless.I'm so disappointed. Back to taping my mouth shut I guess.

I have bought my husband numerous of these. He said they are comfortable and last longer than the other brands he has had in past.

It works. I don’t love the strap at the top. I can’t seem to get it straight and it pulls at my hair and my silk pillowcase. That really doesn’t have anything to do on whether it works just something I’m not thrilled about. It does keep my mouth closed but unfortunately doesn’t stop the snoring. I snore through my nose apparently. If you snore through your mouth this will work. The chin isn’t uncomfortable and the one I got fits well. Make sure you read the sizes. The ear holes for my head fit pretty good. I don’t notice any issues when I’m sleeping. When I get up in the morning my hair is tangled in the back. If you have shorter hair it might not be bad. Overall I still am glad I bought it. If it didn’t snore through my nose this most likely would have solved my issue.

I believe X-small would be better for me (but it does exist) This is a good quality but it does makes you hot and sweaty

The chin strap is well made and comfortable. The openings around the ears are big enough that it does not rub on your ears unlike some other straps. The large velcro closure on the back of the head also holds my CPAP mask in place so it does not slip during the night. Easy to adjust for a good fit.

So it seems it fits my head. I’m in the process of trying to get use to the fit of it. I think this is going to help my dry mouth. I will give more feedback as I continue to use it. I wish they had a little extender piece, as it is snug but than again maybe it should be. I think that it’s something I can pull off. Funny that it seems cool, not sure how it will be in the summer. I wish it actually had large holes instead of what looks like a pin prick to it.
