I’m so happy! The three second rule is now extended to three minutes.
I have about 1000sq ft of wood floors, I hate mopping. This thing is genius, in fact the only thing I can fault is that the ‘sweep’ button looks like a mop to me.It’s near silent, if you have a roomba this is whisper quiet in comparison, to the point you forget it’s on even if it’s working in the same room, which is great because I work from home and can have it running while on the phone. When I first got it basically cleaned each room about 10 times in a row until the cloth stopped coming away dirty (yes, I had been a little lazy at getting under some furniture) and now it runs about once a week.I have a really annoying tile floor in my bathrooms that sucks to clean, even there performance is ok, better with a dettol wipe on the dry pad than with the microfibre mop cloth.

Awesome technology!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is a mind blowing piece of technology, along with the robot vacuum these guys do. Just awesome.

Rubbish battery
Now just Oliver 2 years old and the battery is no longer any use. Lasts around 2 to 3 mins then requires charging again. A lot of money to spend on what is now a paperweight will never buy something like this again

Works well ..smart controls could have been more helpful
Perfect for working households...app control and alexa connectivity could have been helpful though...

I sit back & relax after a tidy when kids go to bed & let the Robot mop do it’s job 😃
It’s a little bit slow. You can hear it but it’s not too annoying.Leave a slightly streaky finish to mopped floors. But with 3 young kids & twice daily vacuuming, I wasn’t getting around to mopping them so it’s far better than an unwashed floor.

Not for Extreme cleaners I guess but ideal for lazy moppers like me
I use on both tile and wood floor, using wipes and mop functions. From the outset, Im only giving 3 stars at it feels to me its a 5 Star product at £200-£230. At £100 over that, feels a bit pricey. I went ahead anyway as frankly, I have a LOT of floors to mop and I just didn't do it often enough. A couple of months of ownership, every important floor gets done at least once a week. Its worth the money for me.I owned a SCOOBA in the past which was great until it broke like most do. Its NOT the same product, it will wipe but lacks the intensity of roller/scrubbing action or indeed a mop and bucket. I am comfortable using Braava frequently and every month getting the mop out to make sure seams and undulations get a scrub too. In my non-Pet/High footfall world it works very well.Sweep - Wet. I personally use 2 x Dettol or Flash wipes which are nearly the correct size and there are always deals to be had so cheap enough. Star knocked off as design features areas proud of the mat. After only a few minutes, this causes the wipe to either scrunch up or dry up over the mound so the floor no longer gets the full surface 'Wipe'. Using 2 at a time prevents the scrunching up but the dry area problem remains. Other remedies I've tried work but drag too much and engage the 'bumper' mechanism causing a halt to the proceedings. Used frequently, not a problem but 'could do better' goes onto the school report.Sweep - Dry. Just dry/polish, all good.Mop - All good. I put hot water and Flash into the reservoir. The 'Flannels' they provide are fine, I rinse in hot water/Flash and leave very wet and apply to the Braava. Cleans well, nice fresh smell. It will mop round furniture but it can be time consuming and excruciating to watch, I clear the room basically apart from the table. Ive a large kitchen and the charge is enough for the room.In summary, Tile undulations and seams are not ideal as its simply a non scrubbing, flat wiping motion. Used frequently (its SO easy!) in a muddy dog/kids free environment I find to be no problem at all.One Star off because of price and One Star off because the sweep mat surface prevents perfect contact after a short time.My floors were not often clean before purchase, now they are always clean. On that basis, I think its a success.

Why would I want a Eu plug?
Good, but arrived with a two pin plug, hence the 4 stars.Luckily I had a shaver adapter otherwise I would be mightily hacked off.Has done the kitchen floor once; all good, will repeat and add should I need to.Although probably a minor point, still really annoying about the plug. I didn’t see it mentioned. Bought it through Amazon Uk Prime so when would they assume that this was acceptable?

Have wood/ceramic floors and apart from right in corners does a great job.
Since cancer could not mop but this is a dream. Have wood/ceramic floors and apart from right in corners does a great job.
