Works great, not compatible with Intel - Be sure to double check the product description!
Works great with Mikrotik routers and switches. I have used 10gtek in the past without issue, so I ordered again without hesitation. I had no issues when I inserted them into compatible devices. These are *NOT* compliant with Intel NICs such as the 82599ES 10-Gigabit interface found commonly in Dell servers as part of the 4-port daughterboard. You will find that the device will 'disappear' when an incompatible SFP is inserted. 10gtek DOES make a compatible module. Look for the one marked "Compatible with Intel E10GSFPSR", and everything will work just fine.

Works with TRENDnet and Solarflare cards
I used these with my TrendNET TEG-S562 (switch with 2 SFP+ ports) and a super cheap Solarflare SFN5122F (PCI card in my workstation), and it worked great! Not hot to the touch.

Works perfect
Got it to use with my UDM SE for a fiber connection to an R720XD server. No issues installing and running iPerf3 speed tests netted me speeds of 9.3-9.5 Gbps. The theoretical max throughput for 10GbE with a standard MTU should be around 9.53 Gbps so everything seems good to me

Worked perfectly in my switches
I have one of these in a Zyxel ZGS1210-12 and an Ienron HG0801XG-P. Works in both at 10Gb. Not issues at all installing in either switch. They've been working almost a year now without any visible issues. It is a short run of optical cable so I can't speak to how they'd work for longer runs but I'm optimistic and would use these on a longer run >50ft I am planning for sometime next year.

Works great, legit 10G speeds
Used this to upgrade the backbone at home. I have a Unifi Dream Machine Pro SE, plus a new 48 port Unifi POE switch with the 2.5G ports and etherlights, and a Unifi 8 port PoE switch as well... I have a LOT on my home network. I wanted to move the backbone of the network to 10G and to do so required I use the SFP+ ports, so I needed to buy the transceivers.Unifi's official ones are expensive, and these seemed to have good reviews, so I ordered four of them and two LC fiber jumpers for the rack. I could've gone with RJ45 copper, but it's nice to use the fiber - thinner cables, easier to pick out of the siring bundle, etc, and the cost is super cheap. These work great - I did have to manually force the Unifi gear to 10G - the autodetect came up as 1G, but once set manually to 10G, in the Port Manager page of the Unifi UI, I was able to confirm the products were up and working. This is a super great deal.

Awesome 10G SFP's
I have 10G networking at home and 10Gtek's SFP-10G-SR marked AXS85-192-M3 seems to work in most of my devices: Netgear GC728X, MikroTik CRS305-1G-4S+IN, and a couple of Intel X520-DA2's.I've had eight in use since 1Q2021 and I just had my first failure. I'll take blame for that failure since the switch is in my garage that routinely exceeds 100*F and it was the consumer SPF vs. [hardened] industrial.Awesome, and affordable, SFP's.
