Cicife Pull Handles Resistance Bands Foam Handle Replacement

The handles are fine and will do what they say. However, I was looking for handles that had a built in snap link so I could easily switch out resistance bands. The description says "HEAVY DUTY 304 STAINLESS STEEL SNAP HOOK: Comfortable Grips with 2 stainless steel carabiner hooks, 3-3/16" (8 x 80mm). Super high quality and smooth clip action, no jagged edges Use for home gym cable machine. If used at gym, would make transitioning easier with quick release."The words in the description of "snap hook", "caribiner" and "quick release" makes you think the D-ring has a spring action opening, but it doesn't. So you have to buy either a snap hook or caribiner to add to it. I didn't want multiple connections because each one is a potential weak link and I also didn't want a lot of extra metal links in case the band ever broke and launched the metal connections at your face/body.

I have average sized hands and below average sized fingers which has made playing Chuck Berry chords on the guitar a frustrating experience. So, I was surprised to find the first time I used these handles that the strap rubs on the side of my hands and leaves red marks when I use them with resistance bands for any exercise that requires upturned hands and hand rotations, like curls, etc. I can use them if my fingers are down and I'm lifting, like shoulder exercises, otherwise they are uncomfortable. They'd probably be fine for someone with really small hands but for an average sized guy, they are too small to comfortably use.

if I had looked at the reviews, I would not have ordered. As he states, HEAVY DUTY 304 STAINLESS STEEL SNAP HOOK and QUICK RELEASE, leads you to believe it is quick release and IT IS NOT. I did get the snap hooks to hook to the snap hook and it works ok, BUT I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT.

Needed to replace one handle on a resistance band attached to used mini trampoline I recently purchased. Excited to have a second pair to use with my other resistance bands. If only they came with the motivation to work out more consistently. :)

I have broken the stock handles that came with my resistance bands. I got thicker handles for heavier bands, but ordered these as a back up for the lighter bands. They are thin, but work well with lighter weights.

I ordered the rubber bands set and it was a pain to switch the handle back and forth (only comes with one). These are the exact same and make life a lot easier and my workout goes a lot faster.

Very thin foam rubber used on the grips. Not comfortable to use with any level of high weight resistance applications. May be fine for weight resistance of 10 lbs or less.

The handles are sturdy for the exercise regime I utilize. Whether or not they offer the right hand and foot space for all of my exercises is still up for debate. So far so good.
