Not air tight
What else is there to say? The seal definitely leaves something to be desired, a higher quality silicone seal would be a great improvement. The hard plastic seal has a cut taken out of it to allow the seal to flex but if you're not careful when you initially insert the lid the seal will bow in the wrong direction.

Perfect for displaying your cookies and candies and the seal is tight.
This was a nostalgia order for me and I couldn't be happier. My grandmother used to have the same style jars and first thing I would do when I went to her place was go for the candy. Now I'm a grandparent and I'm doing it for my grandchildren. The jars are top quality.

Great deal for organization and storage!
The media could not be loaded. This set was such a deal! It comes in a pack of 2 and the glass is petty thick so it feels sturdy. I store flpur in on here because you have to keep in mind it does not have an airtight seal but great for storing some of those pantry items and give your counter a great look!Is hard to find this price point so go grab yourself a set!

So handy
I love apothecary jars! Three are being used for my granula,tea bags, and cookies! They are so wonderful for keeping food fresh and also easy to see inside! I have quite a few in my pantry!

Sturdy
We bought this three pack of canisters to keep on our kitchen counter. Their size is perfect for us. We keep mesh bags for the sink, Brillo/SOS soap pads to scrub pots, and dishwasher tabs in them. The lids seem pretty air tight. They are convenient to use and look nice on the counter. They were a good purchase to keep our kitchen organized.
