The media could not be loaded. This is a nice little battery lantern, with the option of running on either 2 or 4 AA batteries.Disappointingly, the candle doesn't really flicker that noticeably. It would certainly be more realistic if it did. I also can't see any difference between 2 and 4 batteries. Presumably, it just makes it last longer.For the price on Amazon (£8.99 at the time of review) this is good value and would be fun for camping or just using around the home and garden.

Honestly I was so looking forward to this lantern arriving, but now it has, I am really disappointed. The quality is really poor, and feel like it could easily break..and at £17.99 I feel I could have bought one so much better. Definitely over priced could have bought one in the pound shop it would have been just as good. Also the packaging it came in was awful, bearing in mind it has glass panels there was no padding or protection just stuffed in a plastic bag and a cardboard box. When I opened it one of the glass panels had come loose and so easily could have broken.

I bought my granddaughter one of these beautiful lanterns because she loved mine when she seen it on my fireplace at christmas.The glow is warm,and the lantern so welcoming highly recommend it.

A beautiful lantern with a cosy warm light. The batteries last really long time and I have it always on 24/7.
