Super useful. Its footprint is narrower than the headset so it's the only way I was able to keep the headset on my desk without worrying about it falling off.The 7 rgb colors are nice & saturated & look good, but you notice when you set it to loop through all the colors, there are additional colors beyond those 7.At 29.60 it was a pretty good value, but 5.00 less would make it more attractive.

1. Does its primary purpose well: Displays your oculus, nothing more, nothing less.2. Probably costly for its purpose, but looks pretty neat so that should be your primary concern when buying this.3. No controller stand but I just place the controllers on the inside of the headset.4. Yes short cable but you can easily get a longer one... or just place it closer to an outlet.5. No you shouldn't charge via the stand, because basic electrical knowledge says any connection passing through another device will probably result in lower amperes anyways.6. Satisfied, seems sturdy and well built enough but would be happier if it cost $20 instead.

Value is amazing. Looks sharp. Only has the main power USB cord included so you likely need another smaller cord as others have mentioned.I bought this to display my HMD to remind me to play VR more as it is a little bit of a workout each time. VR is good for us, more or less. This lighted stand works perfectly for that. I use the stand for the original Oculus Quest 1 and this likely would work with most HMDs.

I got this for my son so I could stop fining it charging on the couch where we have a phone charging station. It looks great and he is using it which was the goal. It was very easy to set up. My only concern is that there is nothing to keep it in place if the stand gets bumped. Toying with the idea of adding a Velcro strip, but I am not sure that wont make it less useful. Either way I wish there was something considering what the unit costs should it get knocked off and broken. However, that's my issue and there were more expensive more secure options and this was compact and not expensive. I didn't say cheap intentionally because it doesn't not look cheap and I don't want confuse someone considering it.

The media could not be loaded.  LEDs shine brightly and consistently, the stand acrylic makes for a sturdy stand, and it just looks killer. The only drawback to it is that its an absolute fingerprint magnet.

Great stand for the quest. Only downside is there is no place where to put the controllers. The lights can be changed to different colors or turned off with the two buttons on the base. Also from the side there is a usb connector but I won’t recommend charging the quest from that connector because the output is low on power and it won’t fast charge the quest. In the last picture u can see that the charging current is 500 m amps (0.5 amps) and the oculus charger is 3000 m amps (3 amps) so its 6 times lees than the original charger so I wouldn’t recommend charging throw that port. But I would recommend to buy it because it looks great and it strong and sturdy.

I run a humble VR arcade inside a mall. My latests expansion was a huge dark room with Oculus 2. I bought 3 of these stands. Its cool because when customers glance into the dark room they see the TVs and LED string lights but the real intrigue comes from all 3 of the stands pulsating different colors. Everyone wants to know whats back there. I learned to sync the 3 stands to all change colors in unison. Its just a matter of when you turn the next one on is all. Anyhow 2 of the stands stay on for 24hrs a day. The third stand would power off after about 30min. I couldnt find anything in the instructions that explained how to keep the third one on. I contacted the company Asterion directly and they explained that the third unit seems to be malfunctioning. Without delay and at no additional charge they sent out a replacement stand. They didnt even ask for the faulty one to be returned. I wasnt expecting a replacement. I am very impressed by this companies customer service. I plan to add 3 more Oculus headsets in the near future. I will without hesitation order 3 more of these Illuminated VR stands to proudly place my gear on. Excellent product. Cool lighting effect. Excellent customer service. Will seek out this company future orders.

Pros= It does look pretty cool with the the RGB if you have a good spot to put it. I like the look.Cons= The box was distressed and there were scratches on the the protective film with a minor scratch actually directly on the glass itself once the film was removed. I feel like this is a second hand item, the scratches make no sense for a new product. As many have mentioned there are no adapters or correct charging cords included for the quest 2. Cheap move. The actual charging amp from the dock is really minimal, it might help if you leave it on overnight for the next day, but otherwise useless if you want to charge it and use it within an hour or 2. The included power cord is so short, why oh why.

Good product m, only bad was that the box it was in after I took the amazon oackage off, the bottom of the box was soaking wet. Scared me because water and electronics is a big no no, luckily product worked.

The media could not be loaded.  Love it! Only bought it because I saw it on someone's Facebook on the oculus group. I thought that it looked cool! Out of the box it was easy to set up. The only bit I struggled with was connecting the supplied power cable because it seemed not to fit. I eventually managed it then turned it on. It will display any of the colours of your choice and also has a cycle where it will go through all the colours. My oculus looks great on it! The only downside is nowhere to put the controllers but they can sit behind it. Apparently you can charge your quest by plugging a cable into the side of the display stand but I haven't tried it yet.

Got this to go with my Varjo Aero headset - fits very well (no room for any controllers of course), and have had lots of nice comments about the way it looks. The lighting looks quite amazing really. Mine didn't come with any USB cables - not sure if this was expected or not, but I had one lying around to use anyway.
