This is the second one I've bought. Had the first one four years and this is the replacement when first one had problems. Happy with the first one and this one seems to work as well. Set up is literally one minute, aim, press two buttons and it connects, no problems. good service from company. Would buy this brand again.

Works great I’m happy with my purchase. The connection between the button and the tv is a bit slow but what do we expect from a knockoff remote right? Other than that no complaints it works great and the voice feature Is easy to program.

Buttons were a little “stiff” initially, but after some use they loosed up and the remote works fine. Good quality for an after market replacement. I would recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the replacement remote control I purchased in December 2023. Despite being barely used and well-maintained, it inexplicably stopped working in April 2024. Initially, I thought it was a simple battery issue, but after replacing the batteries multiple times and thoroughly troubleshooting, the remote still refuses to respond. This lack of reliability is completely unacceptable, especially considering the short span of time since its purchase. I expected a product to last much longer and perform consistently, but this remote has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it has proven to be a waste of both time and money.

bought this remote because I broke mine and it’s identical to the one I had.. had no problems adjusting it to work on my TV.

This remote is similar to the original. The operation of the remote has a flaw thattge mic will not work. I am not going to send it back since it is not important to me.
