Does what it says successfully. Eyes are doing much better with them vs. without!
In order to understand what blue light filters can do for you I'll tell you of life before them first:- I spend a great deal of time in front of various types of screens during the day. Dual monitors for my PC, a smartphone, and a tablet.- I am retired and yes older and I've found overtime since being retired for two years now my eyes were taking a beating from so much time in front of screens.- My eyes were constantly burning, itchy and bloodshot throughout the day.- I was washing my eyes with cold water at least eight times a day to keep them from hurting so much.After:- Now I only wash my eyes with cold water twice a day. Once in the morning which I did anyway and once at bedtime.- After a week or so of using these my eyes no longer burn, sting or get bloodshot after an hour of time on the computer.- I can't say I am sleeping any better, but that was not the reason I bought them.Overall review. I included two photos of the clip-ons on my glasses which are progressive lenses. The clip-ons have a piece in the middle that lets you pull back the spring on the part that holds them in place. You can see that on the back facing photo I included. They are easy to put on and off, they stay in place well and don't appear to interfere with my prescription lenses in any way. They do add some weight to your current glasses. Not a lot but in my case I use pads to help relieve that weight where my glasses pads rest on my nose. The bluelight filter is good enough to get relief but not so much that the colors on what your viewing are changed. Color is important for me as I do digital art work off and on, program development where the sytax is color coded to help, and music composition.I like these enough to know whenever I get new glasses I will likely ask them to put blue light filters on my lenses but keep the transitions off and just buy clip-ons for when I am driving. My needs have changed after retirement and I am not on the road so much in commutes where I need sunglasses anymore.I think these are a very good value. I am happy with them and would recommend them to others who need something like it.

Clear and sleek
This looks pretty good. I didn't bother sizing it to my glasses, so it is obvious to others when I am wearing them. I only wear them in the office and they seen to do the job (I got the clear ones).

THe attachment method makes these worth it
They have a small spring loaded clip that attaches them over your glasses. Not like the big, bulky annoying clips on other lenses. You don't even know your wearing them and no-one else notices them either.

very comfortable
This clip on is great! They are light weight. The color is a very light yellow that is almost invisible. Many times, I forget I have them on. The case is small enough to put in your purse or any other place you want.

They don't block that much blue light
After buying my first blue-light filtering clip-ons that didn't seem to actually block any blue light, I decided to build a spectrometer, pick up a few more and see if any of these cheap blue-light cutting glasses do any better. See the images for my comparisons. Conclusion: Without going to heaving tinting, Prospek seems to do the best. However, it's really not that much cut until you get well below the frequency of light that most screens beam so hard at you (430-450nm), and I don't think these are worth the cost.Would I recommend any of the others? No, not really. Seems the only way to get a blue light cut sufficient enough to reduce the effect of staring at screens all the time is either heavy tinting, or much more expensive materials. And given the lack of real research proving that blue light actually causes damage during the day (the eyestrain/headaches I am looking to resolve), I am not going to pay more. The best solution I've found is the 20-20-20 rule - every 20 minutes, spend 20 seconds looking at something at least 20 feet away.

Love these clip ons
I actually bought a pair of blue light blocking glasses about a year ago, only to find out I needed actual prescription glasses for reading. I was pretty bummed about not being able to use my blue light glasses anymore, so I gave them to my stepdaughter. I don’t know why I never thought to look for clip on’s until recently! I was a little worried about how funny it might look to have these lenses clipped to my actual glasses, but I actually think they look great! And by great I mean they’re not all that noticeable, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve only had them for two days now but I’ve already noticed a difference in how sore my eyes get after work. And again, I know it’s only been two days but I haven’t experienced any headaches that can sometimes come with staring at a computer all day! I think if you work in front of a computer for a long period of time, and you wear glasses already, these are definitely a must!

Easy to use and very useful
I was hesitant to try these because I was not sure how clip on lenses would be on top of my already bulky glasses.Once they arrived and I tried them out and figured out how to clip it on (pinch the middle of the lenses to open up the grips), they were a great addition to my glasses. The do a good job in blocking out the blue light and after a while, I do not even notice that I have anything clipped on.Please note that the lenses are lightweight and a tad bit fragile so I would be sure to maintain them similar to how one would maintain glasses (safe storage, regular wipe downs, etc.)Overall, these have become a part of my nightly routine to have these on to mitigate the discomfort that comes from blue light, especially in the evening time.
