this canned tuna has the best flavor and texture of any other canned tuna i have tried and it is perfect for tuna salad sandwiches.

it's tuna, but expensive. same dry, super cooked tuna I expect from a can. I appreciate that the producer is focused on sustainability, lower mercury content, lower salt, etc. that said, I'm not sure that this is different from other producers selling line caught skipjack, and when you compare this to the $10 /lb for fresh (if farmed) center cut salmon from whole foods, this feels expensive.

I ordered this thinking it was albacore white tuna. My mistake. If you like light tuna--it's excellent!
