I used this to hang my heavy bag to my ceiling joists in my garage. The hardware is good quality (sometimes you get cheap things in other products like this) and worked well.The lag bolts worked perfect in my joists - the bag itself does produce a lot of force when it swings, so I mounted it on a double joist I had - this is no fault of the product, but something to keep in mind when mounting.Great value and would purchase again.
