I have a garage that was an addition to the home and it leaks constantly. I was trying to find something that would help with absorbing the water before it could get across the garage and sure enough these worked perfectly! They stopped the water and did not leak. I’m waiting to see in a few days if the water will eventually dry out of them or if I need to take them out and dry them in the sun, etc., but for now they have done exactly what I needed them to do and I will definitely be buying more!

I sleep better knowing these products are around our two water heaters. They are very long and can create a large diameter. While I hope I won't have to report on their absorption, I feel reassured knowing they will assist a failing water heater.

I bought these on recommendation of my service person as I live in a one-story home with hot water heater in a closet. I was advised that the heaters usually last 8-10 years and mine is now 8 years old. The technician said using these would be prudent in case the heater fails and leaks so that it won't ruin my hardwood floors outside the utility closet. No idea if they'll work as stated but I do feel it's better to be safe than sorry.

These work great! I set them up along my garage door where water comes in from heavy rains. They create an absorbant barrier without being too big. Good value.

These things have been a game changer in my war on my leaky basement. Not only in corralling the water and preventing it from reaching anything vulnerable, but by the nature of how it works by absorbing the water on contact it helped me identify where the leak was coming from by putting a few down and seeing which ones activated and which ones stayed flat. Durable, useful and a serious time and property saver.

Used this in an emergency flood & really held up & controlled the flow of water...easy to install just lay ot down, as soon as it came in contact with water they started to expand. Buying another set

A little pricey but they do work. Be sure to put a plastic barrier down first. I used them around a leaking window until I could afford to fix it. Good product.

Did an OK job at stopping water but was slimy and not reuseable at all. I would not have purchased this product if I had to decide again. It is very expensive for what it offers. I instead purchased the reuseable dryer-friendly version.
