The computer was very easy to setup, though that was something I was concerned about as I worked in IT for 40 years. For the price, the quality and speed of the desktop were a great deal to run Lightroom.

I had a cracked front grill when it arrived and I had nothing to do with the shipping because the computer was packed very well unfortunately something happened where the grill cracked which was only cosmetic but one e-mail to the company and I was shipped a new grill within a few days they were very polite and very helpful and truthfully it cost more to build a second hand computer than it cost to buy this outright. The system I ordered came from Sky Electronic Tech Inc. It was well packaged, but contained no printed information whatsoever. Not a big deal if you understand how to get the system going. The only tiny glitch on startup was the system not recognizing the Wi-Fi (yes, the included USB dongle was plugged in). It recognized it after a second re-start. Otherwise, it booted up just fine. With the Wi-Fi connected it went though the expected updates with no problems at all. My computing needs are modest, so the 32GB of RAM was more than enough.The exterior of the case was in very good condition, with a couple small spots that appeared to have been touched up with a paint pen. The interior was clean. It even had a functional DVD drive. The included keyboard and mouse were usable, but spend the extra $30 and get a better wireless combo from Logitech or similar.Overall, I'm very happy with this system, especially given the sub $200 price-point. It's been running fine for a couple weeks.

Back in mid-July 2024, I needed a new desktop PC when my Windows 11 hard drive suddenly failed. Through Amazon, Green Tech Computers offered a refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G2 tower, Windows 10, 32GB RAM, 1TB hard drive, DDR4 RAM, Intel I7 6700 processor, for $204.00 … highly decent parameters for a hard drive in terms of memory and speed for such a reasonable price.It shipped promptly. I’ve been using it for more than a month now, and it works perfectly. One small issue arose today (August 24, 2024), which was not the company‘s fault. The tower came with a CD drive, and today was the first time in the last month that I needed to load data into a database from a CD. The CD drive did not work.As I went back online at Amazon and carefully read the product description, however, an optical drive was not to be included with this tower. The fact that the tower arrived with a non-working CD drive, while confusing, did not mean that the company failed to provide what was promised.Because a CD drive was physically installed with the desktop, however, Steven at Green Tech Computers graciously offered to send me a new CD drive at no charge. (We first tried to fix the one that was installed, and Steven took a fair amount of time helping me check the wiring to verify that it was likely a hardware issue that couldn’t be fixed.)I respect this company and would recommend it to anyone. I very rarely write product reviews, but I wanted to express my sincere appreciation in this case. The company went above and beyond what it was required to do to resolve the problem. It also has seven-days-a-week customer service by phone. I surely will buy from this company again if the need arises.

I love the speed and video capabilities of this PC compared to my old machine, I can play games and not have glitchiness from either screen. Very nice machine althogh I did have to install some newer drivers to fix some issues with the wireless mouse but it is good now.
